Websites selling oxies, percocet, tramadol, xanax?

How legit are these places??? I've found a few myself, but I don't know if these sites are good for the money or not. Anyone know of any sites that are reliable???

I can't find even a remotely reliable oxy dealer. It's absolutely ridiculous how terrible and difficult that stuff is to come by where I am.
