weed in antic growing in uk is it possible no lights just sunlight

i'm grow haze special on my roof in the day and putting it in at night and controlling the warer by keeping it in on bad days

am i wasting time

Totally depends on the skylight. Direct sunlight for hours a day = good to go.

Nothing beats the good old sunlight the taste of your weed will be much better and dense, that's if you get plenty of sunlight a day.. Regular skylight will work but people prefer more sunlight.
