Looking healthy! I love OG bro! I'm growing the sour OG at the moment. Those sheets of paper look perfect for stopping gnats and reflecting light into the lower canopy.
 
Yeah I seen the technique on you tube under is a thick layer of cotton batting so I don't have to buy the grodan blocks the roots grow and spread through the cotton batting they are in 6 inch cubes
