Week 10 in flower. What’s it bud problem

NO! with all those white pistils? Can you get some pics of her trichs? The new growth says no, your trichs may say differently. Zoom as close as you can and still get a clear pic. Just an example below, this girl had another week left at this point. This pic was taken with just the zoom on my phone.

I'm seeing mostly cloudy and 0 amber. I'd give her at least another week. The white pistils are indicative of new growth. Has something changed in the past week with her? New light? More lights? I had a northern lights strain that when I upgraded her lights she tried to re- flower. She was a month out when I got her new lights. That was actually a rather disappointing harvest. Pulled 2.5oz off her but it is fluffy as hell.

That looks like foxtailing
That can happen late flower, when the plant is very ripe.
But your overall plant doesn't look extreamly done, so the foxtailing could be stress. Is it too hot? How close is the light?

There’s actually a lot of amber in that pic. But it could be sugar leaf. It’s zoomed to close to see what I’m looking at

she spit new growth.

she's hurting but also not the in the worst way so you'll still get quality just hurt on yield.

you're looking at 12 weeks

No to both.
Well I bet you tops are getting too much light/heat and thats why you are getting foxtailing.
20" is a good mounting height, but if you don't have fresh air bringing in fresh co2, then your plants will deplete all of their available air, and be unable to sufficiently do photosynthesis fast enough to keep up on your top colas. Thus the stress and foxtailing
