[Week 10] still small

Yoww, iam at week 10 flowering and still the bud is not mature enough,i super cropped it in the vegging stage and it has a huge stem which i cant bend. Any miatake i did? Is it normal? What should i do in the next step?

Strain, grow medium, nutrients, water/feed sched, pH, temps, RH, light specs? More info needed.
