Week 4 or week 7?

First Grow:

Today is the start of week 7 since the flip to 12/12 or it is the middle of week 4 since first flower sightings.

Flipped March 2nd.. First Flower sightings around March 12 ...

Which is correct? Should I be starting to flush soon or do I have 4-6 weeks left? Do these look on pace for that time frame?

Yes flowering started march 12th. At first look I would guess 3-5 weeks left which will depend on the strain and your environment. They look awesome !
