Week 4 too late to scrog?

I am week 4 in flowering. And my plants are too close to my light. There are buds growing already. Can I use a scrog net to make my plants shorter or is that really going to affect my yield and stress the plant out too much. so what's worse my plants getting too close to the light? Or bending them through the openings in the net to make the cannopy more even? This is my first grow so I made the mistake of buying a scrog net too late. Thanks for any help! bongsmilie

Hey it seems like you have a couple options. First of all you could do some LST and carefully tie down branches that are getting too high. Second you could look into super cropping. I personally have never done super cropping but there is lots of good information out there. I looked up super cropping in flower and it seems as long as you take it slow and don't actually damage the external bits of the stem it won't cause enough stress to negatively effect your grow.

I'm suggesting doing some research on it. I said I have never done it but after 5 mins of looking it up there are multiple people saying they have done it without issues during flower. I personally wouldn't fuck with the plants at that late in flower knowing they aren't going to grow any taller
