Hello all I'm on week 8 of flower and will begin like 10 day flush . I'm using potting mix soil so trying to try to get rid of all leftover nutes. Trichomes are 80% milky 10% clear 10% amber ... please advise

No matter how many times you ask flushing is junk science. You can’t flush anyrhing from the plant and simply hurt yourself in the end.

Ok how long should I wait to cut her down because the trichomes are 90% milky

Wait till your at 5-20% amber, or your preference. Right now you would get very good sativa high, in general. But yeild and taste won't be as good yet...think of a banana that is light yellow compared the perfect yellow, then ripe. Depends on your choice of flavour.
