This is my secont time budding, first time hydro. I'm useing General Hydroponics micro and bloom at 5-10-10. I was looking for a fat yeild, is there any way to get these results and speed up the budding cycle?

Don't dick around on the flowering, it takes time so just be patient.

I think you should be good go.

This is the most important point of the plants growth (in my opinion

So just let your plants do their thing.

Best way to tell if they are ready is go get a microscope and check the trichs.
