all I do is put mine inside a couple hours before it gets dark, then I put her back outside...this accounts for 12/12

What i do is i have a plastic 55 gallon drum that has three black construction size trash bags over it to block out any other unwanted light since the drum is white cover at 630 pm and uncover at dark. I'm also forcing the one in the 5 gal bucket she is starting to get some good buds on her. The reason i have decided to do this is experimental to see the quality and quanity of the three. one i'm forcing outside by covering, one brought inside at night then back out at dark, and one in the ground shes going natural. cbtwohundread why are you so negative and against force flowering? For me its an experiment and too get an early harvest and a natural harvest.

if you ask me theres nothing wrong with this experiment. Spread out the harvest times the dope will last longer that way... im going to say that the naturally flowered buds are the best, but thats what experiments are 4 finding sh*t like that out. keep updating interested in the outcome... BTW nice plants

I started this about 4 weeks ago so It'll be ready when everybody elses is just starting to bud also as i mentioned it's an experiment to see the many differences in quality and quanity in the three plants. Also on one of them i am letting nature do her job and she is going great i will definitely keep this updated with pics every week. I hope I've answered some questions if any more just reply...thanks

Forcing the issue comes in handy up North, where it'll be well below freezing at night 8-? weeks from yesterday, the time it'd take to close-to-finish outdoors.

forcing comes in handy for many different people with certain situations, I'm totally for it if you have to it's not all that bad.

some strains take up to 13 weeks to finish budding, such as thai- skunk. start right now with 12/12 instead of waiting for it to finally arrive, will induce flowering much quicker. that's why I do it!
