Just got 2 of these on trade looks like same diodes as sf not sure can't find any info . I quit growing a year and a half ago somewhere in there after having bad experience with HPS looking forward to this setup going to run both of those lights in this 4x8 that I have put together and I'm optimistic about ending up with very good results any info on these lights would be great

Just another Chinese/Amazon board light so the specs can't be trusted but I'll buy the 400 watts, Inventronics are good drivers. LM301D diodes according to amazon, less efficient than LM301B.

Four 400 w units in a 4x8 or two of them in a 4x4 seems pretty excessive to me reminds me of something I read a few years ago about some guy who was claiming that you have to use one 1,000 watt HPS for every single plant lol

No its not excessive. The calculation is simple. 4x8= 32 sqft. At 400 watts each so 400x4= 1600, 1600/32=50 even thus 50 watts a sqft which would be ideal to optimal growth especially with cheaper leds.

Same diodes as the spider farmer and about the same size as the sf 4000 I don't see any 4x8 setups out there with 4 lights that big all the pics I see on Google are with 2 that size

Those pics are of cheap auto seeds someone gave me for free once they started to flower that the guy grew in coffee can size container and were never transplanted and probably have 3 or more weeks left to go
so you left them in a tiny pot under lackluster light and now thats you excuse? dude just accept you need more light and get more. youre only getting 22.2 watts a sqft way under the bar for lighting when growing this plant or most plants. if you want weight, potency or anything you are going to need more then 2 of those lighta in a 4x8 period.

No the autoflowers were kept under household LEDs for a long time before I got them like regular house bulbs
