Weird black rust spots

Hey all,

Ive had this clone in for a few weeks now and shes been getting these blackish brown rust spots that look like some kind of mold, everything ive tried hasn't stopped it spreading so far like bodeaux and various other black spot sprays.

Worried it could be coming from the growing medium as the perlite was left open in the shed, im pretty sure its not a nutrient or PH problem as ive been keeping an EC of 1.5-1.9 and a ph of 5.8-6.5 but maybe im wrong?

Other than these spots the plant is looking perfectly healthy... im mostly wondering if it is a mold/fungus will the plant survive and itl just require some fighting or is it easier just to pull it as its only 2-3 weeks old.
