weird issue I've never seen in 7 years of growing..

So.. of all my plants.. all 15 of them.. this one took an extra 4 weeks to sprout (idk why I kept it.. I just kept it aside and made sure it stayed moist) anyway.. I'm using peat moss soil mix.. of course I added all the essentials.. nitrogen.. phosphorus. Lime.. micros and macros.. worm shit and all the goodies.. I don't over water and I don't under water.. whats going on with this seedling??

The first true leaves came out rounded... and weird.. here's a pic..

Here's the rest of em.. I know i have a cal mag issue.. the RO water out here sucks and I know they look crappy too honestly these are just some seeds I had.. I'm trying to get good mothers and a father.

What is the temperature of your grow area? Could be nute burn. I would repot in more neutral soil, bury up to where the leaves don't touch the soil. Are you getting proper runoff? How many ppms are you getting out? How many in? What ph are you giving them. Peat has a way of growing some green stuff on top that deprives the soil of oxygen. Try to keep it dry. Are there any bugs? I really cannot get enough information from your picture. Maybe another picture with a flash or w/o your leds.
