Seems like too little o2 to the roots and a micro issue nitrogen toxicity is rare and almost always is something else not being right usually its a a build up of salts at the roots or not enough air.

Too much Nitrogen and not enough Phosphorous per soil rapitest results.

I flushed with 10 gallons 0ppm water and gonna add some PK now. I will followup in a week or so and update as to improvements.
