weird leaves after topping

Hi! I tried topping for the first time like one week ago and the new growth is looking kinda funny.
There's less serration on the edge they are kinda wrinkled even if I could see this sorting itself out and they're hella fat:

The leaves of the last node look like this:

Looking way more mature and have a lot more serration
Is this normal for the first few nodes after a topping? Will beautiful leaves come back?

Also I have some kind of burn I'm trying to fix

I guess it's more of a toxicity, nute burn or ph related problem because it popped up on top of the plant and not on bottom leaves.
My guess is ph or a big mg toxicity.
What do you think? I really need help guys...
I'll need to flip to flower in one week max and I need to nurse them back to health as soon as I can.

Thanks a whole bunch to those who can help!

what are your PH and temps. i used to manage the taloning with PH correction (mine was at 4.8 due to cheap PH-meter [pencellent] from amazon) bought a better one. i´m not sure about the 3rd pic.. might be more like a defi then a toxi but what do i know... :dunce:

I thought I was okay in the ph departement because I used rain water so i didn't check and my ph meter was pretty cheap so I wouldn't entirely trust it, but I'll check next time for sure. Temperature is 25°c or 77°f, humidity sits at 50%
Well the pattern really looks like a defi, but the spots were burnt right away, not just yellowing so it's really weird...
thanks for your help!

Looks like your in coco. I would be checking pH first.
If that is coco, looks like your letting it get too dry.
There might be some coco in the mix but it's a light soil mix from a gardening store
Also the plant had been watered 2 days prior to this happening so it's definetly not underwatering  I
t's such a weird leaf symptom happening at at the weirdest time
I've been growing for like more than 2 years and I still manage to encounter issues I've never seen before
This hobby is amazing haha cheers and thanks for your help!

what about those immature looking new leaves though? :bigjoint:

After i got a decent PH-pen the taloning slowly disappeared so i´m to 97% convinced that it had to do something with the PH imbalance cause no temp, feeding and lighting fluctuation occured at that time. I suggest everybody to invest in a decent PH-pen at any cost (also to keep it always properly calibrated at any time) [1-point calibration pens are easier to keep calibrated in my oppinion and be sure that you can purchase the calibration liquid and store-solutions easily after you run out of yours]

theyre like cops, always come when you don´t need them :wall:

let it grow, give an update in a few days (:
