Weird leaves + confirmation of a diagnostic

Hi guys.
So I've been looking around on the sticky threads and I need your help to confirm a diagnostic and find out what's wrong with my other plant.

When I transplanted her I think I damaged the roots and she went into shock for about a week (no new growth, leaves yellowing) then she started growing again nicely.

However her growth has always been weaker than her sister (see first pic)

The leaves are pale green to yellow and are strangely formed (pic2).
I've been trying to understand what was wrong with that plant for a long time and I can't find the answer..

Her sister on the left probably has too much N but I'd like to make sure with you guys.

Dark leaves + claw form and slow bud growth (I'm at 5 weeks into flowering) seem to seal the deal.

I've been using the biobizz nutes on them and the soil has the following properties:
Ph: 6.2
N: 240 g/m3
P: 120 g/m3
K: 40 g/m3

Watering schedule is 70 cl - 1 liter per plant every 2-3 days (I'm using clay pots so they dry faster)
I'm thinking I should just cut on the biobizz grow completely and just go with the bloom and top max after a week of clear water.

Any advice would be appreciated as it's my first grow.

What temperature is your grow room?

it looks like the one is certainly nitrogen toxicity, but the yellowing leaves on the other are indicators of nitrogen deficiency in many cases. are they the same strain? did you mix the soil and nutrients yourself? if you did, you may not have mixed the nitrogen evenly throughout the soil. if they're different strains, it's important to note that no 2 strains are alike; they all have unique food requirements. it takes practice to learn what they need, but always start with less. add more as they begin to yellow, and keep a journal of what you do with your garden daily. this will help to track your plants progress but also to see when you should begin to increase nutrient strengths and when the best time to add bloom boosters etc.

hey thanks for the quick replies!
The temp in the grow room is currently around 24 °C; it used to be much higher a month ago because of summer but it's quite stable now.

As for the strain, both are Northern lights #5 x Haze from Sensi seeds.
And no, the soil was pre mixed with the nutrients and it contains compost.
I only add nutes with the watering and keep the ph of the water around 6.5

how often are you adding the nutrients? is it every watering? generally, i recommend giving nutes in soil no more than twice per week. other than thos 2 feeding, water with plain water as needed. soil will hold a lot of nutrients, so you don't wanna over-do it.

I use nutes on 2 out of 3 waterings so yeah it's pretty close to what you recommend since I water every 2-3 days.
Should I flush or will she be okay If I giver her clear water for the next week ?

What I don't understand on my other plant is that they have been fed with the same nutes, are in the same soil. The only difference is the pot that is a little smaller.

hmmm... that does sound a little strange. i would still flush it just in case. then just start with half strength nutrients and add more if they begin to turn yellow. i'm not 100% sure of this, but i've heard that clay pots can be toxic to certain plants. i haven't used clay pots myself so i don't wanna tell you to change them, but i'd look into it. i know plastic never gave me trouble.
