Weird nutrient deficiency help needed

Growing in two 4' x 4' tents. One with 315 CMH, the other with HLG 300L Rspec. Media is Miracle Grow mix because Promix has been hard to buy recently. Using GH Maxi series and switched to Jacks 321 to see if it helped this problem but it didn't.

Problem is only happening in the CMH tent. Light was 18" above the canopy. Plants were perfectly healthy, then I started noticing a kind of copper color coming on to the upper leaves, then it would progress quickly to yellow spots and curling down leaves. Within a couple of days it was like the beyond saving.

I lowered the plants so the canopy is about 26" from the light. Just did that today, but wanted to post and see if anyone has seen anything like this. Starts at the top and works its way down the plants.

The MG soil has slow release nutes doesn’t it?

Yes, I'm pretty sure it does. One thing I noticed about this batch of MG soil compare to the last batch, this one has more of a mulch consistency, where the previous bag was more like Promix. But I'm running the same soil under my LED light with no issues at all so far.

Miracle Gro Organic is a decent medium. From actual forced experience. Definitely needs more perlite. But it's fair stuff. Definitely not hot. Prepare to feed.

I have another CMH light I can switch out with this one and see if the light is the issue. I just brought it in from the garage and waiting for it to warm up before I fire it up.

Yeh, I've been feeding them GH Maxibloom at 1 tsp per gallon and, drain to waste. Also adding Calmag.

I see signs of too much N, leaves that are dark green, shiny, curling down. I'm not sure if that could cause the copper color and some of the top leaves look like too much heat or light intensity. Along with raising the light, try to reduce N. May be tough if you have MG slow release but I don't think you mentioned which MG you're using.

It says Miracle Grow Potting Mix, feeds plants up to 6 months. I hated having to use that, but there was no Promix to be had at the time. I found some last week and bought two bales of it. But I've finished a few grows with the MG with no issues until now.

I also switched from the Maxibloom to Jacks 321 hoping that would help. I switched last week, but still seeing this happen. I know that's not much time, but some of these pics are from some that I just saw the copper color starting about 2 days ago after using the Jacks for a week.

Seems like K excess causing lockout of calcium and other nutrients. It doesn't look like light burn to me.

that browing up top is boron deficiency, them yellow spots below is zinc excess of nitrogen and all sorts of problems and what else lol... ummm you definitely got a lock out from fucking around with levels of nutrients, ph being way to low or high, you gotta figure that one out
