Weird outdoor plant

Hi guys, I'm growing two Humboldt Seed's Bubba's Gift plants in 65 gal pots in my backyard. I seeded both plants at the same time, and mostly they've both been receiving the exact same treatments at the same time. The "weird" plant did develop some sort of fungal disease about two weeks ago, it had brown/yellow dots on the underside of leaves, as well as some weird black oil-like spots on leaves' top side. I sprayed it heavily with neem oil three times, 3-4 days in between sprayings.

That plant kind of looked a bit different for more than a month, but by now the differences are too obious:
  • Plant is of a much darker green shade
  • It looks like it's already flowering, while the other plant is still in vegetative stage
  • The most curious thing to me is that a lot of fan leaves have only three "fingers" instead of 5 or 7
Is this some kind of genetic mixup? Should I continue growing this plant? What do you guys think?

Weird plant reverted back to veg at some point...they get those single and three leaf fan leaves.

Yes in time it will, but my experience is once they only put out single and three leaves, it's not fully reverted to veg and usually not great producers at flower ...imo.

That's just my take on it, you can finish it and see for yourself and be able to decide later if it's worth keeping.
