Weird Plant. Please help

I have a really weird plant. I am growing four super skunk plants but one is growing very oddly and I am wondering if anyone could tell me why. They have proper light and everything they need. They are still seedlings but will be in veg soon. These pics are about a week old.

well isnt that something, could be a mutation, id let her grow if it wasnt a big hassle. does that wierd leaf have a sprout inbetween it
