WEIRDEST BUG IN MY GROW BOX (pics)

i just found this bug on the wall of my gbox, i dont see anything wrong with the plants YET, but anybody know what this is?

A beatle fucked a lady bug nothing to worry about just kill it and if you see anymore torture it and send it back to warn its friends

Best advice ever given. i ALWAYS torture bugs that come into my room or near my plants! haha. i just trapped a fly in a ziploc baggie not even 15 minutes ago. llol going to suffocate it!

Could be wrong, but that looks like a Assassin Beetle. If it is then no worries. As the name
implies, they only feed on other bugs.
 
thats a stink bug pretty common in home, if you squish it you'll know where it got its name. I'm not sure if it's bad for plants, i believe like the other post said that they eat other bugs may be good.
