Weired issue with lsd seed

Ok so i got a female lsd seed i planted in a small cup, we planted just a little to deep. When i was seraching for the seed i seen it had sprouted, so i was uncovering the dirt from it and accidentally broke the top of the seed off leaving just the root in the dirt.

The weird thing is i left the rest of the seed in the dirt and now i notice there are two more seedlings coming up? How is this possible? 2 plants from one seed and the main one that broke off is showing signs of life also. I tried to get photos you can kinda see them. The two new seedlings have a a small piece of the seed on the head

Its its lsd from barneys farms, its Mg 6moth feed with humus acid manure and perlite
