Sooo howdy folks, welcome to the bakery

here i would like everyone to post pics and details on all strains with a bakery kick.

I.e. Cherry pie, GSC, bay platinum, phantom cookies, candy land, lucky charms (sorta bakery, same color flavor anyway)


These sorta strains have a cool terp profile in my book that has long been ignored. idk if its hard to get it to carry on in following generations but i know we could be making all kinds of cool flavors if we sat down and thought about it.

sooo what do you guys got going? the bakery flavors have been floating around for years before GSC. hell even some GDP phenos have a cookie dough profile.

i look forward to seeing pics!!

P.S. I just received some phantom cookies today. figured out of the bunch thats out there now I've seen the least written about it, figured il give her a run! il post lots of pics once they get rollin!

One of my Phantom cookie Pheno's, I didn't much care for the smell but everyone else whom tried it, enjoyed it.

I never could pinpoint exactly what it was... Kind of unique in it's own right. It went fast, so it didn't get much cure time on it to bring out the true flavors.
Definitely nowhere near anything on the fruity or fuely side.

I haven't found a true GSC cut to try that "Bakery" style taste/smell, so I can't compare the two just yet.

i had something a couple years ago that people were calling GDP. now it mighta just been a pheno of GDP or something but it was straight up purple and cookie dough. almost taste like lucky charms or froot loops.

omg it was so good. i was stoked when GSC started becoming the crazy cause i figured people where gonna jump on the cherry pie band wagon and make some crosses... not so much.

Man that sounds yummy! The closest I have is a Ripped Bubba that tastes like a Pre98 nug was rolled in Fruity Pebbles.

I snagged 5 pick n Mix of the Phantom. Popped 3, I got one beast of a male, and 2 ladies. I plan on starting the other two as soon as my other hunts finish.

I will be making Plenty O' Beans with the cookies male.

Here are my last phantom cookies! Rock solid nugs and it really does have a sweet baked goods smell. I already have another round in flower Edit:Realized I did not really add much to the thread other than pictures so I am going to attempt to share my experience. I vegged this plant for a month and a half from seed in 1 part fox farm ocean forest to 3 parts happy frog and used very little GH FloraNova 2 part, Kool Bloom and MaxiBloom to finish it after the switch. I Lst'd it out and it had no problem holding its weight very sturdy plant. It was very easy to grow without doing a whole lot and I am on round 2 right now trying to push it and see what it can do. My yield was pretty low only 65 grams or so but this strain really needs a longer veg to get a decent yield as it does not have many budding locations and new veg growth stopped very soon after the flip to 12/12 tiny stretch. The smell was almost non existent until the last 2 weeks of flowering, she went 65 days. After drying when I first threw them in jars to cure they smelled mostly like a sweet tasty purple gdp with a little of that bakery smell, you could really smell the purple though but after a little over a month the purple smell has really faded and the sweet bakery smell is overpowering! I will be keeping a mother of this for a while.

got a two lucky charms one is preflowering and does indeed smell a little like those little sweet marshmallows in the cereal.

whats up with phantom cookies genetics? anyone know the deal? even the pack of seeds has 2 different genetic descriptions. one is GDP x Cherry pie. the other is bay platinum cookies x GDP?

I have wondered about that a lot myself, on another note my Phantom Cookies mother is being a little difficult to keep she is trying her hardest to flower under 20/4 I keep taking cuts in case I just have to toss her in the flower room. Amazing strain though, its probably the best weed I have ever grown its pretty ridiculous. I am popping the rest of my Phantom Cookies hopefully to find a decent male (long shot I only have 4) so I can try get some ok seeds out of it.

bay platinum cookies(bay11 x platinum gsc) x the phantom(cherry pie x gdp) is what it is. its a cluster fuck of a polyhybrid and listing the full lineage will take a whole paragraph.

youre the second person ive seen say that it will flower under 20/4. there was another guy complain about it in another forum, his gdp strain in the mom room would flower when all his other moms didnt.

Thats unfortunate to hear but at least I know its not just me, the plant cannot even really veg cause its spitting so many preflowers. Looks like even trying to S1 or F2 it would still be a lot of possible phenos, maybe a waste of time. I just really wish I could keep this mother in veg

Just wanted to update that my mother plant stopped auto flowering when I cut her way back it kicked her back into veg, also here is my second round of Phantom Cookies
