Haha I'm sure you will get lots of help just try to be a specific as possible with questions the lack of specific question just invites trolls. I grow in coco I use jack nutrients 321 recipe full strength from clone to harvest I would highly recommend Jack's it's as cheap as you can get and grows as high quality as anything else. As far as how often to feed I'm sure you will get a few answers but that's more of a trial and error thing every strain grows differently and you didn't mention how big the cubes are. Watering strongly depends on how big the plants and cubes are.

starting out in a 4x4 then putting on top of 6x6,when i have more time i will post more, i have a little setup built with floraflex and i got a free box of emerald harvest nutes so i will run this out just to learn rock wool. thanks for responding

If you look at my journals I have been growing for 20 plus years I do not need help growing I have just never done rockwool cubes before I guess I just have to learn the feeding system on my own as far as how long does it take for the cubes to dry out . Just simple stuff like that How long will my reservoir last before I have to refill it I will try and post some pictures later on the set up I built to do for plants starting out in 4" rockwool cubes then go to a 6" rockwool cube all Flora flex system

Basically you want to start out small with your ppms. You will need calmag. Your main goal is not letting the pot dry out or your plant will suffer. Some people use RO so that you know exactly what the plants are getting.
You can either measure your ppm’s or ec.
