It is a lot easier when people read the first posts in topics we need more info on your grow friend.

What type of lights, temps, humidity, what kind of soil, what kind of nutes how often, what kind of water do you use, ect.. If you are nervous of flicking the lights on your babies wait till the flick off them snap a couple pictures with the flash on, also how often do you water, and when is the last time you watered. What do you PH your water to?

Those look fine to me as well my Golden Tiger strain is a very fast and vigorous grower and all new growth was paler than the rest, it'll darken up.

Yellow tips is normally a nitrogen deficency in veg starting with the lower growth and works its way up sometimes. Your plant is telling you to flip to flowering (12/12). Flowering requires less nitrogen anyways so it's a win win. The trio works great, I wouldn't change it. The lighter green is also normal and will get darker later on. Keep in mind that during flowering ( closer to harvest) some leaves will turn fully yellow as it focuses more on energy for the buds and less on vegetative growth.Your plants are still very healthy. But the first 1-3 weeks in flowering will have the flower stretch and could potentially double the size of your plants. So you may want to consider that in a small closet grow.
