went from 24/0 to 18/6 for a day now back to 24/0

I had my plants under 24/7 light, i was going to chnge my hours to 18/6 and i did for a day, now i changed back to 24/0 . Is this bad???after i did 18/6 and switched back to 24/0 i noticed my plants have begane to show sex, my plant are only 1 month and 1 week old..

It'll be fine........It's not the end of the world or anything.

IDK why i changed back... i guess i just thought that the constant light my plants get the more they'll grow
