What am I looking at? Nute burn or light burn?

So I started these guys out in mg even against my own gut instinct. I suspect that it was too hot for these guys so I translanted to a coco mix 70/30 coco perlite mix and used cal mag and dyna gro grow half of recommended dosage, tested runoff and it was sky high. Way too much nitrogen so I've been flushing trying to rid the root ball of anymore nitrogen present. Can't really do much about what's already In the plant but moving forward I'm not entirely sure what to do. Also I feel like stunted growth is definitely apparent here as these were all planted within a day or 2 of one another. They all sprouted around a day or 2 apart. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. this is my first grow and I have no intention of stopping so should I stop nutes (already have) they were over watered so I cut back and haven't watered for 3 days which helped with the clawing but I'm now worried about light burn and nute burn. Im using 2 bloomspect 600w lights they both have dimmers and from sprout to veg I kept them at about 50% I've read that growers crank em to 100 the entire grow which I tried and now that I know there's nute burn present and nitrogen toxicity how do I move foward with my lighting issue if any. Looks like your flushing is setting up a deficiency. Maybe they were overfed but now they are quite pale and hungry looking. I suggest you resume feeding and forget the calmag. I don't do coco but I believe you should feed with every watering. Someone should come along soon with more knowledge for you. Good luck

You need to start feeding them, no reason to flush coco ever, just feed to runoff every day, and several times a day is better. Coco is hydro, you can’t treat it like soil.
Flush with a mild nute solution pH'd around 6.0 to remove the salt build up.
Start feeding daily to substantial run off.
Never use plain water.
Never let the coco dry out.
These ^^^

Ok so I transplanted from mg Coco mix to straight coco perlite mix and began feeding immediately. I tested both my nute mix 2/3 tsp Dyna gro grow and Ive been testing runoff with nitrogen levels through the roof. I was honestly worried I was feeding them too much bc when I translanted the root ball was covered in mg so I was guessing the nutes in the mg mix are still present in the plant as they are time released nutes. Also how do I increase growth so I have a fuller plant. It seems like some of the plant isn't getting the light it could be getting and Ive been wondering if I should tie her to her side to try and get some more tops?
