What am I missing?

I've gotta few extra bucks that I want to spend on my build. What's an empirically beneficial DooDad in the $300 or $400 range. Not included in that would be your recommendations for a variable speed 4 inch in line fan. I have a speed controller I use with angle grinders but do you think it was gonna work with the fan I have. With the way I have my frames laid out I have a lot more room to work than I thought I would.. Wicked baked and it just occurred to me that I could be wiring and finishing up instead of posting babble.

Well, you need hot air out at the top and cool air in at the bottom, I cant really make out what your cooling and circulation setup is from the pic, but assuming you have that all figured out; I guess my next thing would be CO2 and humidity control. maybe throw in a few floro tanning bed lams for supplemental UV.

Looks like a nice little grow space.

vented hood, room controller, blue lab ph and ppm meter, ez kloner or an LED grow light... can easily spend 3-4 on anyone of those (well 1-2 hoods depending on model)

He has COB LEDs, we cant tell if he is soil or hydro, controller is a good idea, one with CO2 controls would be good (as well as temp/humidity) maybe also something for odour control. I doubt he is cloning in that space as the light cycles would be different.
