What are the desired levels?

Of the ph, ec, temp and ppm with a hydro drip system using gh flora series?

First off ppm and ec are the same just different measurements, like standard and metric.
Your ppm starts low around 250.but every strain is different. Up to 1000ppm through veg. Up to 1800 through flower.
Water Temps should be no more then 75.
pH 5.5-5.8

I maintain my ph at 5.8, that's seems to be the general consenses, as for ppm's I use this chart as a starting point, bare in mind that some strains can take higher or lower ppm's, it's up to you to decide by observing your plants.

PPM for Hanna Chart PPM

Seedlings, Early Sprouts ..100 to 250
Early Vegging ......................300 to 400
Full Vegetation ....................450 to 700
Early Blooming ...................750 to 950
Full Mature Blooms ...........1000 to 1600
