what are the propper EC levels for each stage of growth?

What the plants tell you they want. Sorry but that’s how it works there is no set amount for stage of growth as each plant will vary widely so start low and see how they eat/drink. If you ppm or EC is rising then they are drinking more water than eating so lower the concentration till it holds fairly stable. If it’s falling daily then you would raise the concentration slowly till it stays fairly stable

i did it for a few years. waterfarms where the blue tube was cut to become the drain. fed once a day til overflow.
