What are white balls with 2 white hairs?

What are white balls with 2 white hairs ? These balls are on the stem, branches and top nod. The don't look like female parts in the photos of female plants. One of these balls is weird 'cos it is hairy and not ball-like anymore (it is on the top nod). Are they some bugs or what ? Thanks.

could be a hermie.. which if it is, its still a good plant and will produce feminised seeds (mine did).. also, thats created by stress, usuallt light creaed, back and forth from veg to bloom.....

That' true..I put the plant on 12/12 when it was 1 month old and then natural cycle. Now it is 12/12 again. So Hermie would be good too, ok. Cheers
