Webers are good, but pricey for what you get meaning you pay a premium for the name. There are a bunch of knockoffs just as good for a lot less $. You want something that has a top and bottom adjustable airflow and a tight lid. Close it off completely and it goes out (saving on wood); various levels of cracking it open and you can smoke thru all out raging fire

Wow lol just a regular ass webber is good enough. Webber also makes table grills which is pretty good also. I use a half broken napoleon mirage that was given to me lol, pretty nice and easy to clean but the fucking adjustable charcoal plate got stuck on me so i cook on low heat all day haha.

Those green egg grills are not for men! Lol

Good call- that's pretty much what I have. Got it 3 years ago. I never use the gas side though- especially since I came outside like a year ago and the gas hose had melted off the burner and was swinging around spraying flame out of it.

The smoke box and charcoal side is money tho. You gotta spray it with oil or rub it with crisco when you get it so it won't rust... They have the tendency to do that.

Traegers are the shit. Chef'd for a catering outfit that had 4 of em modified for towing behind a truck to cook on site.

Best bang for the buck I'd say. Very versatile

Big green egg.

Or similar quality kamado. I have had mine for six years now and still love it. meat, fish , veggies, pizza anything you want to cook, they are the shit!!

They light fast and clean, and stable temp control. I can have it 500+ for searing steak, or 225 for 12+ hrs for a pork butt. Direct flame, indirect cooking, whatever you need , efficient on the charcoal, and when you are done cooking you can just close everything up and its out pretty quickly saving charcoal.
