what bugs are these

I came home to mist my dome. I have 2 seedlings in there and noticed them in the water tray. They are only 3 nodes high. Mother earth coco and perlite. Any help to identify and treatment would be greatly appreciated. I can post more pics if needed.

Almost looks like termites but im not 100% sure about that. Hope someone 100% identify them for you ugly bastards lol good luck

These pics were taken with my microscope. I googled little white bugs in water and I think they look like spring tails.

Im no veteran at all but i read up on it and mixing soap and water till it bubbly and hitting affected areas will kill and drawn them

They are springtails. It's a sign you have overly damp soil. Springtails arent normally a problem, but with seedlings, they could cause some trouble. Slack back on your watering and let your soil dry out. They should disappear
