We chose this image and took a screenshot framing the lower leaves, uploaded to buddy.kindbot.io and it immediately suggests:



From the drooping, yellowing leaves, Kindbot saw signs of Nitrogen & Magnesium deficiency and/or overwatering. Hopefully this along with the info in the reference links helps to dial in irrigation and nutrients/pH.

Update

I've raised the 400 watt hps and one of my led fixtures to 55in.
I got something so water can drain from grow bags.
I added a humidifier and repotted to 10gal bags.
Not much has changed with the widow x big bud seedlings - they haven't gotten any taller and not much bigger sence November 26
The 3 special kush have not grown much but yellowing is gone.
I'm growing in promix hp and haven't gave full nutes yet.
I tied down both the large bagseed plants.

I've tried to use my leds as extra lighting and they seem to be affected negatively especially my rooted clones.
The temp stays 75-80

I'm thinking about moving to a storage building about 16 by 8
