My plants are on week 4 for the first two weeks I fed them just phd water at 6.0 I started feeding nutes half strength a+b calmag and zenyem silica all shogun banded nutes on the second week I feed full nutes a+b but kept the rest half a few days later my plants started looking worse for wear my temps are 25 degrees rh is 70 I’ve got good air flow my led is a spider farmer sf7000 780w on 5% atm I turned it down thinking the light was to much on 25% for such young plants I’ve not overwatered I made that mistake on my first grow so was careful this time light schedule is 18/6 off any advice welcome

What media are they in? Is there soil under there or is it just clay? It definitely looks a bit heavy on the N. How often are you feeding?

I’ve got 2 cm layer of clay pebbles at the bottom of the pot them a coco and perlite mix in between and clay pebbles on top the coco is a 70/30 mix I’ve been feed every 2 days one litre each I’ve only just today transferred them into 3 gal pots I follow this chart I couldn’t fault it on my last grow I got 16oz dry weight of very nice buds I’m using a different strain now banana glue from growers choice

How much of that 1 litre is running off after feeding? You want to make sure that you are getting substantial runoff. Also, they are big enough that you probably want to be feeding daily at this point. To runoff. I would also drop the feed back down to half strength.

With coco, you need to feed to runoff a lot. You also want it to not dry back. The feed solution running through the media pulls fresh oxygen down to the roots. As coco dries back, it leaves the residual salts in the media and causes spikes and/or lockout.

I will take that on board I do usual water till run off but some times I’ll miss the odd feed due to work and kids I’ll drop the nutes back to half and see how they go for the next few weeks thanks for your in out I appreciate it

I'm assuming by the OP, the plants were looking healthy up until you bumped the feed to 100%. A lot of people like to max out their feed and give em as much as they can handle. I'm in the camp that likes to keep them happy with what they need. I can get my money's worth at the Chinese buffet, but that doesn't mean I feel good afterwards. I like to think plants are similar.

Yeh I went from half nutes to full nutes within a week rooky move tbh

After lowering nitrogen my plants seem to be making a good recovery day 40 today i noticed yesterday that my run off is 6.7 wen I feed at 6.0 is that something to worry about? Or should I lower my ph to 5,5 ?

Looks fine to me. I've never been able to pinpoint the "crinkled" growth but I've never found it to be a problem. That chewed up looking leaf could have just got impinged on another branch when growing or you knicked it when doing LST or defoliation or something

Looks fine
