Your lucky I would get decimated. Especially early on when they are smaller and don't have quite a much foliage. The grasshoppers were especially bad this year.ive been growing outside for many years and have never had a bug problem, its like one bug take care of the other and hot dry summer takes care of them all. A good strong hardy outdoor strain helps, some indoor strains cant resist anything same as doubtful (poor breeding) genetics.
Nice to hear. Waited all summer for the bug problems that didn't happen. Really glad I missed "bud worms"! Been a gardener for many years with no bug problems here (except slugs, managed by ducks), but this was my first full on outdoor grow, and had no problems with those plants either. Only thing that ate my plants was my horse.ive been growing outside for many years and have never had a bug problem, its like one bug take care of the other and hot dry summer takes care of them all.
