What do you think of this set up?

8 x 4. 5 x6.5 foot tent - $250
6 foot Light Mover - $230
424 CFM Fan with Carb - $220 (fan only $100)
6" duct fan - $30 (to remove light heat)
600 watt HPS digital - $250
DWC set up
2 T5 Bulbs and System (for vegging clones) - $70 should I get 4 of them? 50k lumens per bulb.

I was thinking of saving money and making my own carbon filter using activated carbon and some 2 large 10" net pots + stocking.

What about the fan? that's good enough? will a $30 duct fan cool the bulb enough? instead of the 6" should I get the 8" (even though the ducting is only 6" or does a reducer make a huge difference)?

light rail worth it? I guess this is the BIGGEST question, since, i really can't have more than 1k watts on at once in this place.

I think the 6 foot light mover is a definite waste. A $40 inline duct fan is not going to be very good for removing heat from the light. I know from experience. I bought one only to replace it weeks later. You would be better off with one really good inline fan using a cool tube with the end open inside the tent, or just a powerful duct fan sucking air from the top straight to an attic or other room.

Take the money you saved from not getting those two items and get quality nutrients and a real carbon filter if smell is a concern.

really light mover is shit? not going to add any weight? can't really add any more power so figured i could get more by getting a mover.

phyzx is right, those bulbs are definitely not 50,000 lumens. m a y b e 5,000, but that's tops. you want 2,000 lumens per square foot for vegging.

not clear what you're doing with the 424 cfm fan? aren't you exhausting using this as well as the 6" duct fan? unlikely your $30 duct fan is strong enough (CFM??) to adequately cool the light. i have a 440 cfm fan going through an air cooled hood and i need all the power to sufficiently cool my 600 watt light and to exhaust general room heat (i'm set up with filter-->fan-->duct-->light-->duct-->exhaust).

light rail is the only way you can adequately cover that space without more lights, but your yield still won't equal what you'd get by adding light.
