put them in a room furthest from your grow area, inspect them. give them a few foliar feeds for bugs and other diseases. wait a few days, check on them again for bugs or mold. if everything checks out, introduce them into your environment
In one of my Cervantes' books it shows how growers completely submerge seedlings in insectacide (pyrethrium?) to kill any hitchhikers.
I think it was the "5 Indoors Gardens" book.
