V good it's about that time to get them lights has close has possible.to stop your plant been too leggy.ifit was me i would put a cocktail stick at either side of your main leaves this will help during any movement or during watering just becareful and don't get no feed on the leaves.i would also think about getting them into bigger pots,i think that this done at an early age defo helps the root system let them get dry before re~watering this will make your babys go on there 1st outing seeking water thous causing nice root system.

Not bad the second one looks a little skinny but that just might be the lighting
