What does everyone use to LST their plant?

I'm getting to the point where my plant should be able to be LST'd (almost 2 weeks old now) and I was wondering what does everyone use to LST their plants? Would something small like a paper clip work? Or would just some string/yarn work to tie it to the sides of the pot?

Thanks!

these, and a drill to hole the bucket rim. there great because they dont hold water against the stem like string, which invites mold.

I use pipe cleaners, and then twine when the plant gets bigger. I put a push pin in the side/rim of the pot and wrap the pipe cleaner/twine around it. When the plants get real big I use twine and tie the branches down using the main stem as an anchor point

PS, you can get 2 rolls of Twist Ties for 1 dollar and the dollar store!!
i bought like 5 packs. very useful outdoor where it rains because, unlike twine, it holds NO water and is very easy to use.
