What does my plant need? Pics inside

I only just got cal/mag. This watering was supposed to be water only, but I added 200 ppm cal/mag water instead.

I was thinking more along the lines of a deficiency, although I could be wrong. Look at the silver looking mark in the leaf in the first pic. That is the leaf that is higher up. All the bottom leaves are spotted

If that is thrip or spider mite damage, you may need some magnification to see the offenders (depending on your eye sight). They are VERY small.

Also look for tiny spherical white eggs.

Upon closer inspection, they probably are spider mites. I am using neem oil and will continue to do so every week. However, there is another problem on the upper leaves. There are brown spots that you can see from the first picture. I am unsure of what that is. Thanks for all the help so far everyone.

Look at the leaf in the forefront. Not the spotted ones on the bottom
