What else can I throw in my grow room?

My girlfriend and I are interested in growing vegetables (not tomato's) like onion, garlic, pepper, lettuce, etc. and are curious what we could grow in my grow area. I have both a 400w MH for veg and a 600w HPS for flower, so I have options. Anyone have any suggestions?

WEED! peanuts, zucchini, squash. pumpkins if you have enough space. and maybe throw a spice like spearmint in too

I grow Catnip, responds well to the same food/schedule and it flowers in my veg garden, my cats need their meds too
