what fc or lux for veg and flower?

What's the ideal amount of light for veg and flower?

I just got a light meter and want to know what lux or foot candle to raise the lights to on top of my canopy?

Hmm. I generally pay more attention to PAR than I do to lumens so I'm not sure what is considered ideal if you are just going by lumens.

So I've read that led will have to use par meter. I got those ChilLED 450W lights. Wanted to see how high above the canopy to raise the lights.
