What growing medium and nutrients should I buy?

I am getting my first run of autos in the mail soon. Wondering what growing mediums everyone prefers. I have only used mushroom compost before on my current grow. I am new to growing still. Just now coming up to my first harvest. Small yielding plants. I made some mistakes along the way and have learned.
I don’t know wether to get a coco coir block or order ocean farm soil for the autos.
I also want to change nutrients from roots organic. Should I go with fox farm or general hydroponics line?
