what grows back?

what part of the plant can i cut off and have grow back? i read abou tthis somewhere but i wasn't sure what it was and are there techniques to it?

does this mean no one knows?

Are you just talking about trimming the plant to bush it out? because you can trim the top of a plant & the actual piece you trim off doesn't grow out but you will get 2 different branches that grow in stead & it also encourages side growth so it's helpful if you are limited in vertical space. If you're talking about somethign else then i'm not sure what you mean

i mean like i heard if i cut off a bud then it will grow back but i wasn't sure it is is the bud or somethign else that grows back in that same spot

Are you talking about clones?
If you cut a bud off, foliage is gonna grow in its place..

i garuntee hes talkin about topping.

If you cut the top off it will be replaced by 2 tops and so on if in vegitive growth
