What Happens If Your Seeds Get Confiscated?

Hey all i just ordered some Low rider seeds from nirvana. I was just wondering what happens if your seeds get confiscated in the USA at customs. Do you get busted or anything or just get your name on the mans list or what?? Im just a little nervous anyways any info would be much appreciated thanks!

Yeah basically the DEA comes into your house, guns blazing away diminishing everything in sight. LOL all they do is send you a letter that they took your shit, and nothing happens ever. It rarely ever happens that they get your package.

Damn, when will people learn? They dont come in guns blazing anymore. Now, they just send a sniper. One shot, one kill.

depends on what state you live in.i hope you dont live in indiana. if so you will have like a month and a half window to get rid of everything. EVERYTHING. before the state police shows up with dogs at your door.

It never happens......I've been ordering for 20+ years and never had a problem, once the seeds are mailed. The problem lies with the greedy seed vendors that don't send seeds and then "claim" they were intercepted by the local authorities........

yeahh they will just send you a letter saying there no legal in the states or something...

couple years back a friend tried ordering brass nuckles online.. he came to school with the letter..

Just curious, you say it never happens and that you have not had a problem. Then you go on to say that the problem is with vendors not sending seeds. So, I guess my question is, when someone gets a letter from U.S. Customs saying that the contraband has been confiscated, are you saying that the letter is actually comming from the seed company, or do you think that the seed company is telling U.S. Customs who to send the letters to? Do you think they are splitting the money?

He's not saying that at all. In cases like that, I'm sure it's really the US customs sending the letter. He's speaking of just not getting seeds and the vendor saying, shit we sent them. Not our problem.

I doubt a seed vendor would draw up an elaborate scheme and mail you a counterfiet customs letter.

It is exactly what he is saying.

If you dont use the guaranteed shipping option, you are releasing the seedbank from any obligation other than getting the seeds into the mail. Use a reputable seedbank and you shouldnt have any problems.

How can the seedbank "claim" the seeds were intercepted unless they were told by someone that they HAD been intercepted, and the only way that can happen is for the seeds to have been confiscated and an actual letter sent and the seedbank contacted by the person that didnt get their seeds. Unless it is just one more lowlife asshole trying scam the seedbank out of free seeds by "claiming" that they never got their seeds.

OR, maybe the reptilians are stealing all the seeds. They read your mind and know when to snatch them beans. So, ALWAYS!!!! wear you foil helmet so they cant read your mind. Now, if you will pardon me, I have to return to reality and go tend my plants that I grew from the seeds that I ordered online and were delivered with no fucking problem.

What I'm saying is in 20 years, I have never received or have known anyone that has ever gotten a U.S. Customs letter. Many friends have and continue to order seeds and none of them know anyone either. Once I saw a copy of a typical U.S. Customs letter- ONCE- and it was probably posted there by the U.S. Customs!!!

Dude, how did you get your order through? I been trying to place my order for the past 2 days. I made an account and went to checkout. Put all my billing and shipping info in and when I hit "continue to payment provider" I got redirected to a white screen that says "There was no Home CMS page configured or found" on the http://www.thisipod.com/pay/ site. I dunno, maybe it is my browser or something... I was pretty frustrated, ended up ordering from somewhere else...

Also for the people joking about kicking your dog, you see the youtube vid where the police stormed in for suspicion of mj, and they shot the dog, it is very horrific, you can hear it whining, makes me fuckign sick, it was in front of a kid also.

Just for the novices, ordering seeds is generally safe and the great majority of people ordering from the better seed banks normally get the seeds.
