what is a better grow medium for a scrog?

I am planning my 1st scrog grow. It will be 1 big plant in a 2x2x5 tent. I was just wanting to know what grow medium would be easier for a scrog grow. I have grown in soil before. So now I wanna try coco coir or 100% perlite hempy bucket. What would you choose?

Medium has nothing to do with it.

If you go the route of coco coir I strongly suggest the bagged Canna Coco and their Coco A and B nutes.
