I have done a couple grows now, but i have been on a budget so i have been using lamps that i found around the house with household CFL's. Needless to say my yield is very little compared to what i could be harvesting. I've been pricing around and i am wondering what would give me a better yield, CFL lighting system with a ballast, or T5 High Output lighting? I cant decide because i dont know which has more lumens and i dont know which gives off more light.
