What is better in your Experience LED vs CFL

Ok i am a new grower and i have a Kandy Kush that i basicly grew from seed using CFL lighting. For my next Grow i want to switch to LED (out of Curiosity ) But i would like to hear from people who have done both CFL, LED, HPS, and MH. What Light source gave you the best Yeilds. One of the garden centers here have really nice LED Flood Light 168 Bulbs a mixture of Blue Red and White, they run around 30 dollars per light I have 4 Clones of the Kandy Kush that i will start Flowering March 1 this is the time i harvest My first KK. So please let me know what Light System worked best for you I know that HPS/MH Works really well so i am more interested in the LED aspect of growing so Please HELP ME OUT!!!!

I have a T5 HPS and a ufo led. The plant under my LED has bigger colas.
I think that the mix of lights is good. I am getting away from the Non T5 CFL

all lights r good. but when u speak of LED lights how many watts r u talking about because the lower watts i read bad reviews but from looking at my friends plant they really arnt bad if u keep them really really close.

duh sorry im high... but ill choose CFL since they r cheaper.

I added the LED light as a supplemental light i am also Running 4 42 Watt Soft White CFL's and have had awesome results i just wanted some imput from more experience growers.
