what is flushing exactly?

ive searched and cant find what flushing is. what is it?

also when i seached it appears like aeroponics and hydroponics are the same thing. is this so?

also, what are bubbleponics exactly?

flushing is getting rid of any excess salt build up in your roots and hydro system...i recomend you flush weekly with every res change..

Yes yes and yes....flushing causes all the nutes to be flushed away which causes the plants to use up any stored nutes. All this results in a clean smoke free from any left over flavor.

What medium are you growing in? Change the water for hydro. Basically no nutes for any medium for the week

im growing in an aerogarden3, wont changing the water shock the plant? are u saying change the water or take away the water. how often should iu be giving them one nute anyways?

pre mix the new solution before draining the current one. be sure to balance the pH, temp and nutrients before and this should reduce stress on the plant

You should be changing the water in your res every couple weeks, and to flush just use plain distilled water for the last week or 2. Aeroponics is a type of hydroponics

No, it shouldn't. I change it out every 2 weeks. Just empty it, mix the nutes, Ph the water and fill it back up. Matter of fact I leave the res empty for about 10 minutes before I refill it. They like the air to their roots.

Every 2 weeks I flush it, add 1 tsp CLEAREX, cycle it for 30 minutes then refill with the nutes of the week. (If you have a ppm meter (you should), put in the Clearex and check your ppm's. When it STOPS going up, drain your reservoir.
