What is happening here

Bought these plants as teens. Running RDWC with waterfall, using GH and mid aggressive chart for nutes. Cannot figure out what's happening. I received them in soil which I tried to strip slowly finding rock wool underneath. put them and let them go. This is week 3 I have had them so assuming I received them at week 3-4, I am in week 6-7. Zero growth. Any help would be much much appreciated. Should I scrap them or try to save them? PH - 6.5, Water temp: 70f, 1.5 - ec.

Personally I feel EC 1.5 is rather too high and so is your pH.

I would dump your res and refill with EC1.0 pH 5.8 and monitor what happens to your reservoir over the next 24-48 hours.

if EC rises over this time then your nutes are too strong. pH will drop.
If your EC reduces over this time depending upon drop (anything 0.4 different or greater) then the pH will rise and you can feed stronger.

if EC changes by 0.2 no need to adjust.

It’s good to allow drift in pH between 5.5-6.2 so if your pH is within that range don’t chase the perfect 5.8 each time.

this is receiving 0.7 in 100% coco with now 3 feeds daily

The lowers look rough, the top growth isn’t burnt up yet so they aren’t finished.
37 RH in veg with plants that don’t have a great root system is very stressful to the plants. You have to raise that number, 60 or higher would make them happier.
I grew GH for years and they recommend a real high dose. 1.5 EC is pretty high for plants that aren’t happy.
PH of 6.5 is more for soilless growing. Drop to 5.8 in veg. Isn’t there a recommended PH range in the GH charts? No problem in my grow letting the PH drift from 5.6 to 6.0 in veg. I actually run it lower with the Jack’s nutes.
